 Position1: Landscape Architect

A Landscape Architect is required for full-time role with Tully Landscapes based at their office in Tully Nurseries, Ballyboughal, North County Dublin 

Role will include but not limited to the following:
Liaison with Clients and potential clients, efficient site measurement and accurate interpretation of clients brief and their requirements
Creation of 2D and 3D drawings for both presentation and construction purposes as required
Detailed costings and BOQ based on drawings
New business development
Ongoing maintenance of company’s website and regular updating of social media platforms
Sourcing and ordering of materials for specific jobs in line with company procedures and quality control of purchased goods
Selection and setting out of plants for specific projects
While the role will be a creative one, the candidate will work closely with the company manager to achieve company goals and targets throughout the year. 
The ideal candidate will be: 
Motivated self-starter with good interpersonal skills and customer relation skills
A portfolio of garden design and landscape design experience
Knowledge of hard & soft landscape processes and techniques
Proficient in AutoCad and 3D Sketchup
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Sales Experience
A full driving licence and transport 
Site supervision experience in a landscaping capacity
Excellent plant knowledge
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Knowledge of website management and social media sites
Photography skills

Position2:  Landscape Foreperson
 
A Landscape Foreperson is required for full-time role with Tully Landscapes in the greater Dublin area based at their office in Tully Nurseries, Ballyboughal, North County Dublin 

Role will include but not limited to the following:
Lead and manage a team of 2 - 4 people in varied landscape contracts
Plan efficiently and set out each contract as per construction drawings/schedule of works
Operate and maintain various plant and machinery associated with site works
Maintain established high standards of work  
Complete work in an efficient manner
Work closely with the company manager to achieve company goals and targets
Excellent salary package
The ideal candidate will be:
Experience in hard landscaping and general groundwork including paving, wall building, timber work etc.
Good understanding of construction methods with the ability to set out levels on site 
Experienced in staff supervision and training of general operatives
Motivated self-starter with good interpersonal skills and initiative 
Soft landscaping experience with good horticultural knowledge
Health & Safety training in Safe Pass, Manual Handling etc.
CSCS cards for 360 Excavator, Teleporter, Dumper
A full driving licence (C1 preferable)
