In response to the increasing need and demand to dispose of green garden materials in a responsible way, Tully Nurseries has opened a new Greenwaste Facility. As many of you know, Fingal County Council have ceased to receive any green materials from Landscape Contractors or gardeners, we have endeavored to provide our customers with an additional service and a related range of products by introducing this new facility. More now than ever before, all of your requirements are met in one location, eliminating the need to spend your valuable time travelling to different suppliers.
Initially you will need to take a short amount of time to register with us before you bring your green materials to the new facility. This can be done with any member of the sales team in the office. You will need to have a permit to transport the Green Materials that has been issued by your local authority.

Benefits of recycling Greenwaste
Apart from the now legal obligation to dispose of green materials in a proper manner, we also have a social obligation to ensure that we care for our environment for future generations.
Greenwaste materials collected at Tully Nurseries’ new facility will be collected by an approved recycling company and shredded. The product will undergo a composting process for several months where it will be recycled as a number products such as garden mulch, soil conditioner etc. This ensures that the materials we collect complete a full cycle and are returned to the soil to both improve it’s structure and benefit the plants by way of added nutrients. We are sure you will agree that this process not only provides you with a convenient means to dispose of surplus garden materials but also gives both you and your client with the piece of mind that you are helping with the ongoing efforts to help safeguard our environment.
